PHT3D v1.0 is documented through a user's manual, which describes the
structure of the model, the input format of the PHT3D-specific files
and illustrates the models's use through benchmark and other
application examples.

Ideally
PHT3D users
should have familiarised themselves with MT3DMS and PHREEQC-2 before
applying
PHT3D. The documentation for MT3DMS is available from here, and the
documentation for PHREEQC-2 is available from here.
Note, the documentation for
PHT3D v2.00 is currently under review and will be posted here shortly.
